Villa Ann
Bed and Breakfast is quite unique for a bed and breakfast in Rome.
It is owned by Lismay and John -
both English - who have lived in Italy for
twelve years and will welcome you warmly to their bed and breakfast
in Italy.
Villa Ann is
proud to have been a
member of the well-known Alistair Sawday's "Special
Places to stay in Italy" for the last three
years.
We are situated in the peaceful
rolling hills of the Castelli Romani just twenty minutes by train
into the centre of the city. And yet the villa is surrounded by
olive groves and vineyards with wonderful views out to the Lepini
mountains and the |
 |
|
sea. The mild climate
makes it a wonderful place to visit any time of year. |
|

|
The modern villa sits in an acre of
tropical garden with orange, lemon and
palm trees in the heart of the Italian countryside with a
large swimming pool, recently finished, in
the orchard. There is plenty of space for
parking and guests are welcome to use the pool in B&B hours.
We do free pickup from the local station if you don't have a
car. |
Families are welcome as the
accommodation is clean, spacious and
simple, separate from the main house,
being on the first floor of the villa. |

Lismay
is a trained chef and can provide delicious Italian dinners on
request, proper English or Continental
breakfasts with homemade produce, which can be served on the
balcony, weather permitting. Bask in
the morning sunshine and relax in the real Italian countryside
before slipping off to Rome for a day in the city,
or driving down to the coast for a refreshing dip in the
sea! Lismay also organises wine tasting and olive pressing
tours, see "local
activities".
John is a golfing enthusiast and
organises specific Golfing long weekend breaks to Rome. For this
